Samir Sabir Javadli was born on 7th April, 1979 in Goychay. In 1997 he graduated from high school, in the same year entered the Azerbaijan Medical University. In 2002 he graduated. Between 2003-2009 years he was working as a doctor of Clinical Microbiological Laboratory, 2009-2014 years an assistant professor at the department of Clinical Microbiology and Immunology, and during 2014-2022 years he was the Associate Professor. In 2017-2022 years Samir Javadli worked as a head of Department of Education and Quality Assurance.

In 2010, Assoc. Prof. Samir Javadli defended his candidate thesis and in 2014 doctoral dissertation. In 2014 he received the title of Associate Professor.

On 7th September, 2022 Samir Javadli was appointed head of Medical and Health Sciences Education Department at Azerbaijan Medical University.
